Black River Healthcare, Inc., provides primary family health care for residents of eastern South Carolina.

Named after the Black River area, the goal of Black River Healthcare is to work collaboratively to improve access to medical care for all. The opening in 2001 of our new medical center and corporate office in Manning was a major milestone in this process. The two-story building features spacious exam rooms, separate waiting rooms for adults and children, on site laboratory and offices for the administrative staff.

We operate six medical centers in Manning, Kingstree, Olanta, Greeleyville, and Timmonsville. The communities are highly accessible to all forms of art and recreation in nearby Columbia, Charleston and Myrtle Beach.

Our approach to medicine focuses on regular preventive care as well as integrating chronic disease management into the health care environment. The staff at Black River Healthcare centers believes medical care should always be delivered with respect and a personal touch while maintaining the highest level of quality.
